if youve been through this you'd know how the police deal with privileged middle class ‘complaining’ about something as trivial  as a stolen recreational bicycle….never mind the fact that it was also armed robbery, they don't care.
They have to deal with bodies, rapes, murders in other areas. My assigned copper never even phoned me again haha. So i paid someone and found my things and my perp myself.

I have tried. Was a hit and run case in the cradle.  Multiple witnesses, Multiple statements taken. All the evidence needed for a conviction. Followed all the way through for it to be thrown out.

Had a full thread on it in here a few years back. 

I'm not here to beat a dead horse, I'm at peace with the reality that is South Africa. 

I also have a contingency plan to get out of dodge when the time comes.
