Holy crap! My shoulder is sore in sympathy (or because of bad posture & working loooooong hours all week).

That must have been a HECTIC crash! Hope you recover quickly and fully!

Howdi All,

 

If anybody is interested to join us, we leaving from Cycle Lab Fourways at 7am tomorrow down to the Paulshof point of joining the Spruit. IT IS A SLOW'IES RIDE! with thanks to the hubbers from last weekend, we would like to do the same ride.  
COME WITH!!!!!

Looks like I've got some work for tomorrow, so I'll not be able to ride. Not like I'm even considering getting up early enough for a 7am ride anyway! LOL

Line entry, at the event. Should be between R80 and R100, not sure of the prices.

Feel very relieved, and happy that I am now keeping my nutsLOL

 

The wife is complaining that I will finish too late as she finishes work at 12:00 and doesn't want to wait the whole day for me.

 

Anybody doing the spruit on Sunday morn?
