SRAM XDR vs XD

ooookay so my folks arrived from france with :

- Rival AXS hoods / brake calipers

- XO 12spd cassette

- Lùn "12spd sram XDR" freehub body

 

Thing is now the XDR freehub doesn't click into the XO cassette (that is XD compatible "only").

Yet in was the only option available for 12spd sram and winspace never mentionned that it would only be compatible with road groups or anything like that. On the internet they say : 

 

What I don't understand and that you can see on the photo, is that no, the splines don't match, the XDR has irregular notches when the XD are regular (all the same size)

How can a 1.85mm spacer fix that ? Does this mean I can just sell my XO cassette and find a force cassette instead?

Ah ok my bad, it does click in, just not all the way because you must thread it in from the other side:

Sho... so now to find that spacer

CCS can get the MrControl spacer and the SRAM spacer. Not sure of stock availability but an LBS like Stoke (Droo) can let you have that info pronto Monday
