Chamois replacement for bibs

I have a perfectly good bib lycra wise, but the chamois totally disintegrated over time.  Italian brand nogal.  A lekker 3/4 thermal jobbie.

Then have ones where the lycra has gone, but the chamois is still good.

Where can I get some surgery done to transplant the useable chamois?

I life in/near the Bemoerde Triangle...

I'm in the same boat, have a pair of Castelli bibs that need a new chamois. I know Rapid Sports in CT used to do it but not too sure if they still do and/or how good the bib quality is?

I think the smaller manufacturers would be more likely to help.

Howzit Sports used to be my go to for this sort of thing but they unfortunately are no more ...

Perhaps reach out Rapid, Anatomic, Panda etc.?

Since you lot are so stingy, why not simply rip the chamois out of your bib, and fit a cool Oskava sheeps wool cover over the saddle 😝
