Indoor Training

Good morning,

I would like to have advice regarding indoor training.

Currently have a CycleOps indoor trainer and looking at the cheapest way to get fit Indoor- For 2!

What is the best way to go Zwift, TrainerRoad etc? I used TrainerRoad before but looking at costs?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. We both have a Garmin Cadence meter and heart rate bands. Is a Power Meter necessary?WhatsAppImage2023-09-13at17_13_14.jpg.5b8aedd827319437c74ff203145a3084.jpg

A cadence sensor and HRM are sufficient to enjoy Zwift for indoor training. Just ignore the virtual power it will spit out in the screen as that will  it only be inaccurate but also inconsistent and not repeatable.

Have a look at Trainerday if you want a similar experience to TrainerRoad, or MyWhoosh if you prefer watching a little person on the screen like Zwift
