etienne_jordaan Posted December 19, 2023 Share I’ve also used Pudo and Courier Guy for some time and no issues.
Diedrich Posted December 20, 2023 Share I am happy to report that it all ended well. The parcel was expedited and in the locker by 16:00 yesterday. Loose cog and BaGearA
Loose cog Posted December 20, 2023 Share The majority of my buyers now use Pudo since PostNet increased their R99 package cost. The service works very well although I find it a bit slower than PostNet. The Courier Guy staff are super friendly much like the PostNet staff and go out of their way to assist. The courier drivers know me so well that if I am not home they pop around a hour or so later. I have never had a problem with damaged parcels. One or two of my buyers had the parcel returned due to them not collecting it within the time limit and have had to repay the cost. They have only themselves to blame. Only problem I seem to always be running out of those moolas! Danger Dassie
100Tours Posted December 20, 2023 Share I've used Pudo many many times with no issue. If they say the locker was empty then it was empty. Now to figure out where the deal went wrong I guess.
