with this heat ... get that head start .... then grab onto the B group and get back as soon as possible ....

A is not the first group so shouldn't be too crazy. Worst case you drop back one batch on Bothmaskloof.

Temperatures in the winelands always feel worse than what the forecast shows. 30 degree will feel like 40 degrees in that area. So yeah, earlier start the better.

6:30 start for me .... best get cracking to get done before the worst of the heat .... do expect my last 20 odd km to be a tester .....
