Fork Steerer Replacement

Hi need some guidance re steerer replacement pls.

 

Want to know if its worth it and how much it will cost? Nice fork found but steerer too short...do i rather just sell and wait for correct size or attempt to replace steerer

We can also do it, about R 2 500 all in. Whether it's worth it or not depends on how nice the fork is.
