Compression boots

Have you tired compression boots for recovery? Normatec is the main brand but there are others as well.

I have a set.
Not the "magic pill" of recovery.  It works but only up to a %.  How much of it is placebo, I cannot measure.
What I definitely WILL miss if I did not do it/have it is my massage gun.  That.....to me....works VERY good for recovery

I agree. The massage gun is a great tool that I used a lot.
