Custom designed Mountain bike mudguards

Can anyone recommend somewhere, were I can get custom mudguards made?

Years ago I used a place in Rustenburg, but lost the details.

I'm looking for the basic mat plastic ones and then you add your custom naming on it -> Hope that helps

HI @Jokerman, I've been 3d printing mud guards. lekker solid however don't have the ability to print dual colour. the cool thing with 3d printing is you can customize the shape alot. 

how was the logo put on previously? vinyl sticker or print/ink

Yes, the lettering was done with vinyl sticker ontop of the mudguard surface

I dabbled in making my own, laser cut and out of the correct material, Matt one side and smooth the other, I forget the name of the material.....I had a contact for printing but that was a favour. Someone who does corporate gift etc printing should be able todothe printing. A decal wont stay stuck due to sun on the black and the curve etc. Better to get it printed. If you need just one blank I might still have one?

I'm not to worried about the custom names......even if i can get just plain black ones. Would you be able to help/assist/point me in the right direction

I make my own.

Bought a sheet of the "plastic" they use to line the inside of truck wheel wells from Maizy's. Was quite cheap, have made quite a few already and still have enough material left to make a number more.

Got a template from the 'net and printed it out. Adapted it a bit to give more mud prevention coverage. Trace it out on the plastic, and cut it with a sharp blade, and then just refine the edges to your liking.
