Where are the best or most consistent group rides to join in the city bowl and the southern suburbs?

southern suburbs is cliquey AF and the groups on the atlantic seaboard have secret handshakes and so pastelly you can't tell the gals from the guys....

Seconding the PPA group rides, nice people, and a good way to meet some people. They've got some strong riders as well, and it's not cliquey.
