"Aerobar" pads

Does anybody know where I can source aerobar pads like the ones in the picture?

I want to fit them to my spinning bike.

before you get ripped a new one by a cycle brand. Just buy a cheap set of aero bars of takealot for the indoor trainer. Under R400 you can get a full set up, more than adequate for an indoor trainer.
