Hi guys,

Thank you everyone for the advice and ideas to take on this challange. I will try my best and think I will start with friends and family, or convincing the wife is probably the most challenging haha.

 

I will also document my journey from now on on the spin bike and weight training, jogging is obviously the cheapest part of it all.

 

Thank you but I will still look mat the comments coming in and who knows, maybe the right person sees my post.
