Sram 11 spd cluster compatible with Shimano chain?

Currently I am using Shimano 2 x 11 spd GRX group set on my gravel bike with a 11-34 cluster.  I want to go to 11-36 cluster when riding some steep mountains (Ouberg Pass last weekend).  I can only find a Sram 11spd (11-36) cluster.  As I can recall it is no issue using the Sram cluster with Shimano chain.

Is this correct?

I run the same set up on my gravel - GRX 2x11 and a Shimano 11-36

Check with Solomons in Woodmead if they have a Shimano cassette for you, they had a few in stock the last time I was there

I was not aware that one gets Shimano 11-36 11 spd.  Will contact Solomons.

sorry John, you are correct - shimano is the 11-34 which I run. They dont make a 36t on the back like Sram does

I have this exact setup on my gravel bike. Shifting can be a bit fiddly to set up because the GRX RD is only rated to 34T, but once you've got it dialled in it's fine.

I have a spare brand new PG-1130 cassette, DM me if you're interested.
