To pair your ANT+ heart rate monitor with the iGPSport BSC300, go to the "Sensor" menu and select "Heart Rate." Choose "Add New Sensor," make sure your heart rate monitor is powered on and within range, and wait for the computer to detect it.

Not 100% sure of the specs but follow the steps Jaco has mentioned above. 

However just make sure that your HRM is both ANT+ aswell as Bluetooth compatible aswell as the GPS unit or atleast 1 of the sensors from the HRM and GPS Unit use the same connection. I mistakenly bough a HRM once which was only Bluetooth compatible and my GPS Unit was only ANT+ compatible and obviously it never worked, so make sure of the compatibility.
