Specialized Future Shock 1.5 issues

I have a Specialized 2020 Roubaix and a 2024 Diverge both with the 1.5 Future Shock.  After just under 2 years the future shock on the Roubaix gave issues ("rough feel" when compressing the shock).  Was replaced under warrantee.  After a year of cycling with new shock, the same happened.  This time I had to buy a new shock, since it was already warrantee replacement.

I had the Diverge for 1 year 5 months and are starting the experience the same issue (done just over 5300 km up to date). I do cycle between 4-5 times a week. Still need to contact local Specialized agent/shop.

Has anybody had similar issues with the future shock? 

According to Specialized one cannot service the shock.  Has anybody tried to service/open the shock?
