Yes . Dont laugh .

I have a friend / customer who recently turned 82 years old . He has completed 20 Comrades runs , just about the same nr of Duzi’s, Berg River Marathons , Fish River marathons .

Until about 2 years ago he would cycle with his E-bike to Oudtshoorn from Prince Albert via Swartberg Pass,do his business and return the next day the same way.

But he has lost his balance to an extend and had a bad fall a while ago .

He does not want to give up on being on a bicycle .

We had a look at trikes . I test rode one with a front hub motor and that wont work for him difficult to control.

So in a joke he said why don’t we put side wheels on his E-bike .

Anyone has any ideas suggestions on this ?
