Here in my neck of the woods the snow and cold will be around for the next 3 months, so an indoor trainer will be a great help.

Looking at the different trainers available for the similar budgets (around R9 000 here) , what are the pro's and cons for each, and which would be best for a useable everyday indoor ( I'm not about to enter an Iron man or do Le Tour this year, so I don't need over the top indoor trainers).

I'll going to pair it to my Giant Advance Revolt 2 (2x11)

I'm leaning towards the Core2 (with Zwift Cog and Click) purely because of it not needing a cassette and I like tech.

Whats the opinions out there for these indoor trainers?

I can't comment on the other trainers but recently got the Core 2 with cog and click and I am very happy with the trainer. Very easy to remove my mtb's back wheel and put it on the trainer - no fiddling with different cassettes and shifting. For ease of use I believe this is the way to go. The cog and click is focused on Zwift but I see there are work arounds to make the virtual shifting work on other programs.
