Especially as a solo rider? Trying to find safe routes for a cyclist visiting that needs to do training 🚴🏼♂️. What is the saftey like aswell as the day progresses . Thank you!
Robbie Stewart Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Sadly there is no safe option. That stretch is a well known high crime area with ineffective policing and frequent muggings and some cases of stabbing and blunt force injuries.

Mamil Posted January 20 Posted January 20 As discussed elsewhere - the only semi viable route is from Milnerton market, through Paarden island (NOT ON THE CYCLE PATH) but on the service road alongside the main drag. Through Koeberg interchange and through to woodstock. It isn't safe but it is the most viable route at present Remi_Fourie 1
