Been looking on something from Melkbosstrand towards Philedelphia... and heard maybe about there being a newly made road to Malmesbury? Also saw there is a ride on old malmesbury road going from philadelphia towards kalbaskraal, and a kalbaskraal that goes out and back( to malmesbury and back) What would you guys say about that ? Any reccomendations or redirection idea's for the quietest and nicest roads? Thank you ☺️

Newbie321 Posted January 21 Posted January 21 I've done the kalbaskraal road a couple of times in the past. It's very quite, however the Philadelphia road is a gamble, it quite busy with lots of cars and trucks with no shoulder. Remi_Fourie and Alliesmeister 2

Sticky Bottle Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Not sure if you are on a Road, Gravel or MTB? If on the latter two you can go straight up to the end of the M19 (Melkbos Road). From there it becomes gravel until you hit the Kalbaskraal Road. Effectively cutting out the Philadelphia stretch.
