Extreme Lights - new owners and repairs?

We recently sent down Baviaans lights for repairs/ warranty and have heard nothing since and cannot get hold of them . Have since heard that the company was sold and relocated to Gauteng. 
 

Does anyone perhaps have contact details for the new owners or are the lights now gone?
