Pantani, get to the Westville Checkers Centre by 4:15 (sharp) and the Mr Price group leaves from there every day with a follow vehicle.

Its different each day of the week. Go to www.westcycle.co.za and check out "Training Rides". Lyndon rides with that group.

or just drive down to the engen by blue lagoon and a group (kingspark) ride from there every morning at 4h30

Yeah, I'm partial to the "Casino Death Run" myself, it's nice and flat, get to do some hard intervals...

your best bets will be the MR Price guys or the Kingspark crowd. Not sure if the Cyclelab guys have a training group in the morning , will see what i can find out

Pantani, I am in Durbs for 2 weeks (up from Cpt) and will be joining the Westville guys @ 4:15.  (D@mn that is early!!!)  Hopefully most of the guys will be riding the vets tour and will take tomorrow's ride easy!!

I don't know if you remember me from the Selati (Cape Storm team).  Might see you tomorrow.
