Chilli Pepper Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I just had a look at the maps to the start and/or finish of the race as well as the venue. It seems we can't park at the finish? This poses somewhat of a problem for the families of cyclists doesn't it? I see there's a shuttle service from the finish back to the parking, does it also work from the parking to the finish? I need to get some children from the parking area to the finish venue so they can wait there? Any suggestions? Help? Advice? Anything?
_Daemon_ Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Heard somewhere you can mark in Megawatt Park, that's just up the road from Waterfall park where the finish will be.
IanJ Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Chilli, as Daemon says most of those parking areas are about 500m (max 1km) from the finish venue, should be quite walkable.
