Stem and handlebar advice

Go for a new EA70 bar stem combo, or the Ritchey WCS combo. Stick with Alluminium, as light as carbon and far more durable.

For the Easton stuff about R1400 a set and Ritchey about R1600 a set.

You missed out on a good deal, Goose1 was selling an Easton EA 70 set (44cm bar / 100mm stem) for R750 earlier this week.

Easton is good kit but it's also expensive and not great value for money.

 

Value brands such as BBB, KCNC, PRO, RAVX will deliver more performance for the money.

 

What length stem do you require and what width handle bar.

 

I have a 3T Forgie XL bar that is 44cm and a 3T Zepp XL Stem in 110mm.

Both components are a few years old but have only about 100km on them. 3T 44cm is the same as everyone elses 42cm because of the way they measure (Outside to outside).

I can do you a very good price for what is very high end kit.
