TREK EX7 vs EX8...worth the extra cost?

I have to make a decision between these two bikes. Please take a look at the specs on the links and let me know whether you think paying 3K more for the EX8 (15k) than the EX7 (12K) (both used but in great condition) is worth the extra cost?

 

I refer especially to the Forks, shifters and wheels...

go for the EX 8 its got a better fork and wheels!!!!!

8 for me too. Shifters are cheap, the fork is the selling point.
