cyclemania Posted November 27, 2006 Share I needsome advice. Couple of us want to do a trip to the 2007 TDF and would like tojoin an organized tour group. Reason for joining a group is because I don?twant the stress of planning and executing a trip like that. I understand andtalk French to some extend but the rest of my friends cannot. Being part of anorganized trip would be like going on a Contiki Tour. One big party?. I know that this year Cyclelab did a completetrip to the tour. The trip was to all the stages from start to finish and was atotal of R18 000.00 excluding flights. Unfortunately I cannot do a 3 week tripbut would like to join a tour group from around Stage 11 - July 19: Marseille ?Montpellier 180 km or Stage 12 - July 20: Montpellier - Castres,179 km for the remainder of the tour. I needsuggestions please?

Velouria Posted November 27, 2006 Share Have a look at Graham Baxters Sporting tours http://www.sportingtours.co.uk/ I used them this year, and had a great time.
cyclemania Posted November 27, 2006 Share Thanks you Paragon/Velouria! Is see they have a perfect tour for me where by you do the second part of the tour. Form a cost point of view I saw on their website that the 10 day trip is 1100 pounds. What extra would one get for the trip?
