Looks like it's the Rietvlei off the R21.

 

So the upside is there's buffalo and rhinos elsewhere in this park which could lead to some amusing encounters.

I know I must be missing something with this mtb thing Scotty & my grapes are sour, but riding slow & falling off just isn't doing it for me.

 

But the rest of you should feel free to carry on - don't mind me.

I rode here on Sunday. The route is very, very flat and consists of jeep track and singletrack. It is generally well marked with signs which are identical to those seen at Groenkloof.

 

I was on my own and felt safe at all times even though I was the only cyclist around. Don't expect to see any animals on that side though. It looks like they are going to develop the trail even more and add a couple of bumps, ditches and other fun stuff.
