I went for my training ride this morning at 6:00 and had 2 cars nearly taking me out

 

 

 

The first old toppie must have been on his way home after a night at the Casino. He skipped a red robot and nearly took me out as I was crossing.

 

 

 

The second guy comming from the front turned right and did not even bother to stop. I had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision.

 

 

 

Other than that I had a great ride.

That is why I ride mountain bike. There are no robots and very little idiots, except those on the motor bikes.

same thing this morning, some tjop on his bike thought his gonna scare me by revving his bike when he went past me.  The holes neotel are making on the shoulder of the road also doesnt help

This is one of the things that I enjoyed most about riding down in Plett this week.  The drivers down there are actually very considerate ( ... for the sake of inner peace I'll turn a blind eye to them laughing their asses off as I battled up those goddamn hills! )

We have all been tempted to get back at these drivers but the escalation of violence will only lead to MAD.

 

Pity though.... could have been fun....
