heh! I hope i am ready for tomorrow's benoni world champs! I am going to see Casino Royale at 22:30  I was feelin strong today but believe me I havent felt like that in months.. amazing what a week of rest can do  Jules is also stuffed lol..

 

But yeah, was a lekker ride, pity i did it with my 23, would have enjoyed a bit of spinning more.. its a crap gear to try and train on at Suikerbossie.. for me at least..Michelle, looks like you had more fun on your ride.... can snakes hear hehe?

Scotty is camping out at the Omni Motion 24 hour so won't be at BWC.

 

Tell you what that 24 hour MTB thing is a jol, I didn't want to leave but I put in 4 fast laps for the team.

I must admit I thought it was dead at first... that's the only reason I turned around to take a photo.  If I think about it now it was probably not such a good idea considering I was all on my own in the middle of the reserve
