I'm told that hitting the wall is what runners do. Cyclists bonk. But after bonking, at Botha's Hill, you still managed 4:01- that's impressive. And I must say that I think you're amazing. Hey Guys, we have a Super Cyclist here, who keeps a low low profile- 15 posts since 2005. She's too busy cycling- cycled the whole of Mozambique with a group this year. And did I mention, she has the NEW 2009 RECORD CAMPAG on her bike! Yoh!!
