anyone know if I can get some rotor spacers locally?

Syntace do 0.2mm spacers, but haven't seen anything similar locally.

need to line up the discs for 2 sets of wheels for the same bike.....

I got some funny mounting shims with my XT brakes to put between the rotors and the bolts. Maybe that can help if you put it between the hub and the rotor. They are really thin. Sorry, I through mine away.

Para, what those "funny mounting shims" do, is prevent the bolt from coming out of the disk. They should have little tabs on the end that you lift up & rest against the side of bolt. Generally more applicable to motor bike disks (had them on my Triumph).

Take your wheels and the bike to a proper engineering shop, they should be able to help with the shimming, might even be cheaper than "proper" mtb parts at the moment.

You know those little rings you stick on punchpad paper to re-inforce the holes before you put the pages in a ring binder? I rate you can get them to work as well and get a similar result.

I have a similar problem on my Rolf wheels, and I just use pieces of paper to space the discs a fraction.
