So for the rest of us who actually WORK for a living, the answer is that it isn't actually possible...Cry

 

no man, you get used to it!!! though the max I did was 18 hours. But thats for Ironman. Mornings, 1h30 swimming, afternoon 1h40 - 2h00 on the IDT or running!Dead
