[/quote'] Piernas, when you put it back in, lubricate the shell and the BB and/or use some Plumber's Tape around the threading, it prevents creaking and noise and is an excellent sealant. That way it does not have to be overtightened. Thanks Dylan, I was thinking on doing exactly that.
