The Saint Posted November 12, 2008 Share But got to admit I had a very bad day on Saturday....consistant heart rate of 154bpm and 30 k's into it I was finished, nailed a whasp and about 15 minutes later still had the same HR but got through the 100km's in 3 hours and felt tierd but strong after the ride. The pepto pro is very expensive and that is the price we going to have to be at, the new Roctance is R32 from GU and we got everything that they have plus a bit more, plus we bigger at 50g plus we got pepto pro... so we are well priced i think, plus you only take the protein one every 4rd gel...lets say you have been training for awhile for a big race...whats a few extra rands to nail your goal ?
