I was cramping constantly but couldnt get off otherwise I wouldn't get back on. So they would stop and walk up the hill, I would slog up slowly cramping away, then on the downhill they would come flying past me and so it went till the finish. well Done to them I know how it feels. I started cramping as I turned into Homestead rd and it just got worse as I went along. I am so stiff this morning it feels like I did 4 hours of weight training in the gym.
