Guest Agteros Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Nance scares me dude. We did a blue ride on Saturday and she passed my going up oneof those Bosco hills. I had to red zone it just to catch up with her. Mind you' date=' I scare myslef too some days. Just after we started off I chased a truck for a bit along Swartkoppies. I am not quite sure yet what I intend to do with one if I ever catch it. That was another pain filled red zone moment. [img']https://assets.bikehub.co.za/legacy_images/smilies/smiley29.gif[/img] apparently consistency is key? I think when I passed you I might have moved up into my green or orange zone slave... I allowed some time in those zones too It was an enjoyable pace for me.. thanks to one and all for humouring me and riding in my HR zones. oh and more thanks for not laughing at my masking tape with marked out zones on my handlebar HR Zones taped to the handle bar is VERY hard core Nancy! Nothing to laugh NOR sneeze at
Slave Posted October 19, 2009 Author Posted October 19, 2009 The hillls would be really nice if I could stop halfway up to check out the sengal lapwing, or the cretsed barbet or redbilled woodhoopoe. And then they would be nicer still if I couls stop at the top and take in that view. I get into the red zone on the first climb and every other climb after that. Andy, dude, you are hard core man. Can I recommend some proffessional help. (Wait, strike that. It didn't help me.)

predictor Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Howdee all, I can join you all one of these days. Just placed a large order with CRC and then I can rebuild my Roadbike. Spend some time on the TT bike riding my new Corima Tubbies and blew out on a 33kmh average. Eish. Why do we have glass all over the roads. That was a nice R700 mistake. Anyhow I see you all talking about SBR this weekend and I am pondering why no one is mentioning Telkom sat. Whas up as I am doing it and I am pretty sure it is now Sat. I am still game for a lekke ride in SBR on sunday so let me know. I will come from South entrance and meet up with you in parking lot if you are game. Lets see if we can hook it up.
