Hey guys. Had 2 good rides this weekend - South Loop up the steps. Feel its getting much better and much stronger! Shot for the great ride yest and this morning GO and Slave this morning!  SBR on Wed! 7:00 at the usual spot!

I might be doing MTB race at Babbas so not sure if I will join you on Wednesday

hey all...

 

been out of action, injured my right knee with all the iron man training and waterpolo. think it was over use

 

so have a torn miniscus and patellofemoral syndrome now.

 

going for operation tom to get it fixed, so out for 4 to 6 weeks

 

so might be able to ride the fast one, but iron man dreams down the drain

 

well, have a good festive season to all, and ride safe

Thats bad news Doc.

 

Hope the surgery goes well and the recovery is full. If we don't chat again, have a relaxing and safe festive season.

 

Remember to rest that knee.

 

Predictor 2:14 is an awesome time for a reserve ride. For me the jury is still out for this ride on wed. I am playing with the idea of riding there, doing a lopp and then riding home again. I need a long distance ride.

hey all.

 

so knee op went ok. but not great news, got grade 4 damage to my patellofemoral joint, which basically means there's no cartilage under my knee cap and it rubbing against bone

 

so my running and triathlon days are numbered..

 

but some good news, cycling should be ok , gotta wait to see how it heals up.

 

not sure if i'll be ready for the fast one tho...
