As I say, they are cross training, one is pretty fast (triathlete as well), others are not serious cylists, but crazy fit nevertheless.

Seems like I missed a great ride today  BUT I ended with a PB in Babbas and finished in 2:47

 

Not sure about position but got into serious trouble in the last 20 as I overcooked the first lap and I was not taking on any fuel after that.

Sorry guys, have been given strict instructions by Mrs. Slave that I have other commitments tomorrow AM. Will be there Sunday though.

 

NExt week is very quiet for me so I will have to make up for Saturday by getting to Xumbugs just about every morning next  week. Will be looking for some ride buds.
