Wilro done and dusted, safe and in 1 piece. No easy ride though1 Blikkies, my short term memory is going. It was only 12 months ago that I suffered through this one for the first time. Good training for Bela though. Needless to say the edge of racing every weekend is gone at the moment. need to do more intervals..... smiley11.gifsmiley18.gif

Hey Hummy! Yeah I did dude. Was up feeling a little energetic so packed the car and headed to SBR. Did 2 full laps there this morning smiley4.gif 4 hrs 14 mins smiley4.gif

Only kidding. Doing some base now for Bela Bela. Got a week left and then will focus more on the fast stuffs. Intervals and the like smiley18.gif

Mixed grouip of riders with mixed kit, I/we were in Germiston Wheeler kit, riding along nicely double but well within in the wide yellow lane when we hear a hoot followed by shouts to keep left and then swarmed by riders that not only took up the yellow lane but also the whole left side of the double road.
