Wilro done and dusted, safe and in 1 piece. No easy ride though1 Blikkies, my short term memory is going. It was only 12 months ago that I suffered through this one for the first time. Good training for Bela though. Needless to say the edge of racing every weekend is gone at the moment. need to do more intervals.....

Didn't notice a bakkie yesterday Scotty. What time did they leave Xumbugs?

We passed them around 6.45 when they were waiting, they later came past us on the Old Vereeniging road, quite a large group.

Mixed grouip of riders with mixed kit, I/we were in Germiston Wheeler kit, riding along nicely double but well within in the wide yellow lane when we hear a hoot followed by shouts to keep left and then swarmed by riders that not only took up the yellow lane but also the whole left side of the double road.
