Slave Posted October 29, 2010 Author Posted October 29, 2010 Perhaps, but 7 days on the mountain gave me lots of thinking time. I am riding tomorrow and maybe Sunday with Kid and Hummy. What? No climbs!?!?!?!?! But, I have been led to believe that these "steps" are climbs! So my southern friends have been committing misrepresentation all this time! This coming from one who believes that there are only two climbs in SBR. This intel was probably imparted by another partner in crime who supports this theory. (And also seems to be arithmetically challenged.) Next thing they will be telling us the world is flat. Nope, the steps are not climbs, they are speed bumps. What makes them challenging is the speed at which the boys climb go at the things. I think they all possibly have some simmian connections somewhere in the not too distant past. No Andy, the route is flat and fast. If you go arond the long loop and do the circus, there is one (or maybe there are two) little climbs. If you go up butchers and go through Mondeor or maybe up Camaro... Now there are one or two little climbs there. I might offer to take you on a more challenging route one day but I doubt you can ride as slowly as I can. You might get bored and fall asleep on your bike. @Trubie. dude, WTF???. VC?? Would you prefer VA?? Old farts like you should be my cell mates. I have a few spare Prozac lying around talking sh!t. I can let you have one or two. But Trubie puts in the training and should be racing higher than us! its only because you are all ala naturalsno training neededas for me, I need to train my behind off and some and still suffer BIG time........ more training doesnt mean higher racing!!!!
