HAPPY NEW YEAR

Thanks for the wonderful year guys & gals, thanks for all the awesome rides and may we have plenty more in 2011.

Still feeling a bit under the weather but decided enough is enough & went to visit the doc man, got some muti and will hopefully do a slow ride tomorrow.

Enjoy your last few hours of 2010 !!!!

Hey Indigo if u want a quick immune boost try the following:

Neurobian Injection combined with B Complex

Thymic Protein

2000mg Vitamin C daily - use esterefied absorbs far better

I call it the natural bomb during times of peak training I take a Neurobian once a month and a 5 week B complex course which is 2ml shots once a week

It works like a bomb :-)

Hope u feel better soon

Anyone riding early tomorrow ?

Can I pick these up from you ?

2g of Vit C is a hell of a lot, most will be wasted.

I think Trubie said he was going out at 5am with the guys.

It is a lot I agree but with flu symptoms it assists in reducing the amount of time it takes the flue to get out of your system. Flu

Is 10 days always from the time u feel ill count 10 days with complete rest u will feel 100% the problem is it's a fair amount of time to be out of action, so the recipe above can take that down to about 7 at the most but sometimes even 5 days. Once you feel better you drop the vit C down to normal dose. Neurobian I don't have used my last vile last week u can by it over the counter at any pharmacy and the vit B as well then just a few 2ml syringes and 1x5ml for the first combined shot. If u can't inject yourself then the Dis-Chem nurse will do it they charge but it's not too expensive about R70 or so, you will see how it keeps you from fatigue of course nutrition comes before these cocktails remember that always. Might join Trubie tomorrow. Let's see what time I can get up

Have a good one all the best

Geez.......... and there I was thinking I had a massive year

12200 k's, 420 hrs in the saddle.

Good on you MDW.

May 2011 be a wonderful prosperous year for all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess 'hours' is the more fair reflection? I did about 7500k's but 80% or more of those were MTB. 424 hrs for me ..... nuts I tell you :o

What you said makes a lot of sense. Gonna sit down next year & pick your brain a little.

Hope you can find a few free minutes on 1 of the weekends.

Russ and Paul please accept my humblest apologies for being late for this mornings ride, a 'cursory glance' at my Garmin says I got to Xumbugs at 5:07am  - really sorry I missed it!
