At this stage I need to find a program that will turn me into a racing snake.Tried yours in Dec, rested for a whole week and I got slower.Maybe I should try Trubie's but I'll wait until March to see if it works. Otherwise I'll have to eat steak. The only time the A bunch will see me again is at the Amashova, otherwise I ride B or lower, unless it's a really small race.

Get in all the important types of training and you will feet there. Riding a fast Italian Machine (THE 928) will instantly make you much faster, from what I have been told! ;-)

Guest agteros Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 what a great day for riding - weather was prefect!!this is why I just love living in Gauteng - days like today I skipped/missed my cycling session last night, was a bit too moeg for 80-85%HRmax intervals. Got up @ 4am this morning and went for a 15km run @ 4:30.Misty and humid, at least not too sweaty. Legs not used to this type of earlymorning abuse. I’m in two minds about tonight, either do the track running session asplanned, or catch up on the cycling missed last night……
