Good! See you there.

Agteros, you joining or you running?

No can do. That morning I MIGHT have time for a 7am 5-8km run, but nothing more. Enjoy the ride!

Happy father's day to those who qualify.

Been an interesting week training wise, rather hard and cold is always a bugger.

Also had a good first outing to Babbas Lodge for a 70k race on Yuf Day

Hope you all have a great week. Not much left of June.....

I don't qualify but happy father's day to all the fathers.

How was Babbas?

What is Yuf day? ;)

thanks

Babbas was my kinda race, plenty fast flat sections, little bit of technical rocky singletrack, plenty thick sand(which is like slow poison), and some muddy sections, with a few water crossings. I lost some time on second lap when my quick release on front wheel came loose. Had to stop and fasten, so lost some momentum and plenty places. Legs were also somewhat eina after Wednesday's FTP outing, but a good hard training session for sure. Finished 36th, 10 vet, so can't complain too much.

Guess Nissan next Sat will be little tougher with much more competition, so I will try ad\nd pitch up with better rested legs :)

Yuf day is Juju's Day.............

Glad to hear that. Sounds like a good ride. Where exactly is Babbas?

Oh, I never knew he had a day. But be careful, next he will nationalise the week, then the month, then the year, then the decade and then inifinity!

Its in Bultfontein. Some way north of Pta towards Soshanguve. Close to where the Rooiwal races take place.
