Newbie - R4S Start time 07:10 group DL.......

Leaving at 7 doesn't terrify me as much as other riders. (I kinda need lotsa beauty sleep dude.)

 

So far, Pierre and myself are planning a run up that other end ofthe lido hill, past walkerville and Boscos, then possibly through Henley, down to SBR and then home from there. We are meeting at Xumbug around 7 to see if there are any other takers.

 

So, maybe we can join you, or you can join us. We just gonna do a slowish one. I'm still in recovery from that chest shyte that put me down for ten days.

 

I'm also trying to get Greyowl to join us, but looks like he aint online right now.

I am starting to not like this drawn out seeding process too much. I reckon Im being done in somewhat at the moment, but I already had a fight with the Seeding sister this morning, so nuf said!

Yip, the one with the STI upgrade. Old Blue peejou papnat and I always ride in Panda Kit. Probly the beige and white stuff this weekedn unless Mrs. Slave does washing today and the blue stuff is clean.

I'll have to go off to the hospital and drag her out of the x-ray dept so she can clean my kit. (She took to the bronchitis stuff very badly an looks to be heading for hostial with pneumonia so once my kit is clean, I got all weekend to cycle.)

Nitro, we meeting at Xumbug (Cnr Swartkoppies and Klipriver) Sunday Am at 7. Then we gonna prob'ly go out Walkerville way, past Boscos, Circus farm and then through Henley, to SBR and home again.

Slave & co, suggest you hang aound SBR on Sunday and take a ride to Heidelberg with one of the bunches, from their head back through Boksburg/Germiston - enough of a long ride then!

I had ten days of inactivity and that nearly drove me dotty. Lucky the weather was crap so I didn;t miss out on much.

 

It's gonna take a lot more than you to stop me Sunday.

 

Mrs. Slave defintely has that Pneumonia stuff and I have to take her to the union, but after that, I got the wole weekend to ride. MIL is gonna have to look after herself and teeny s at Sin City for the weekend. So it's just ride the bike, strip shows and more bike riding.

 

I guess I'm gonna have to make some time for a visit to the hospital though. "K so an hour I won't be able to ride. For the rest, it's just bikes, bikes an more bikes.

Slave - hate to burst yr bubble, but getting the missus into union , will take you best part of the weekend, so dont bargain too much on that ride time, or the show - get the union part sorted first, then see if any time left. I pretty much doubt it

Dude, I just been almost flat on my back for ten days with stuff that made life miserable. I think I need to ease into a ride pattern again. As it is, I'm prob'ly pushing things a bit.

 

I think next weekend, for those not doing the Dischem, we should make a morning of doing SBR.

 

For now, I think I can just about manage the walkerville bosco route.

Come to think of it, S2L why don't you do your warm up ride to the circus and come back via Germiston Lake and to a sprint triathlon on your way home ???
