anyone here go down to stillbay over new years? i've been once before and its insane.

 

anyways, against my better judgment i have agreed to go camping there. are there any spots you can recommend?

Jongensfontein next to Stilbaai is way better. Stilbaai campsite becomes a caravan city during December, okes pull in and rig themselves up complete with washing machines, satellite dishes, the works, and then sit there parking off for 3 weeks.

taking my bike to get in some much needed hours in the saddle for the epic. 

 

theres some nice gravel roads to traverse around stilbaai.

 

maybe ill see you on the road if i havent got a very very big headache every day !!!!

camped there years ago during the off-season. was brilliant!

ek was die afgelope 27 jaar in Jongensfontein/Stilbaai oor nuwe-jaar. Maar not 'n chance dat jy nou gaan plek kry nie. Net by Julie se Baai en ek kan dit NIE aanbeveel nie.  Gaan dit actually die jaar 'n skip gee.
