Mackem Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 Was in the LBS yesterday and a new bike build is scheduled for today/tomorrow in the workshop for a SL2 61cm??? In my view, a time frame of 9-10 working days for a warranty claim and the building of a new bike is not bad service at all (accounting for transport from CT to JHB which is usually 2 days one way!!)
