Have the Shamals.

I have done about 8 000km on them now.  They are the shiz!!!

They have not gone out of truing.  No issues with bearings thus far.

Light.

VERY stiff.

You will not make a mistake in buying them.  In fact.....if I have unlimited funds, I would buy two sets and chuck the Boras away......Evil%20Smile (if I had any....Big%20smile)

Campag makes nice hubs. Excellent bearings, polished races, good seals and forged bodies. Throw in grease ports (I hope these wheel have them) and you have heaven on bearings.

I don't understand though how you can say they are stiff. Stiffness in wheels is not something one can perceive unless your previous wheels were rubbing on the brake blocks.

Lateral stiffness is a function of the quantity and thickness of the spokes (note, NOT tension) and radial stiffness a function of material and rim diameter.

Like a moth to a flame.......NEVER FAILS!!!  LOLLOLLOL

When I wrote that I thought......wonder if Oom Bornman is going to bitch about my terminology........

Oom.  Sometimes it is just better to not worry too much about political correctness on some issues.....or being anally technical about stupid stuff.....

In the general vocabulary of a cyclist riding in the Elite peleton, stiffness is PERCEIVED as a feeling.......no THIS is something I don't want you to understand.......LOLLOL.  You're going to crack a brain cell trying to.

And yes.....the Boras rub on the brake pads, the Shamals don't.
