Hi Johnny' date='

Found this on mapmyride - it opens a Google earth window, but you can choose the export format

Thanks for that one. I see it's a ride following the jeep track only from the parking lot to Silvermine gate. Will look around on mapmyride to see if there is any more.

Specifically looking for the single track in Tokai. I've mapped out what you can see in Google Earth, but a lot of the trails are in the forest so you can't see them at all, and I do not have a GPS Unit .... would map them that way myself then as I go up there often enough.

Johnny, you on the Tokai side of the mountain hey?

My arm is still in the cast for 2 weeks, so if you want and can make a plan you are welcome to use my Edge 305 to map, else I can ask around who else have ridden there with GPS.

We only do from mamba down then the one that one leads into, then bluegum then fairy-something, so might be able to find a track of that, but I am sure you are well versed with those :)

Yup, live just around the corner from Tokai so I go there regularly. I hoping to go up there a few times this week, and will more than likely be doing a few different trails because they each present their own challenges that are great for skills practice.

Have done most, if not all, of the trails in Tokai..... but I end up doing some more than others mostly due to time as it takes me almost as long to come down as go up. eg. takes me 45 minutes just to get to the start of Mamba ..... the joys of a fixie Smile .... and sometimes longer if I go back to redo certain pieces on the way down

I can imagine! Do you cycle or walk up?

Friend of mine put most of his rides on motionbased, his username was davidbrownct or davidbrowncpt - will give it a browse and see if I can find any of his Tokai single track rides

Ride as much as my legs and lungs will allow Smile ... walk up pieces to catch my breath, then ride again... repeat...

Thanks for the links Smile From them I've managed to get Mamba, Boomslang, Snake Eyes, Vasbyt, Downhill 4, My Roots, and Faerie Garden.

Already had Cobra, and the Bridal Path. Now to get Boulders, Downhill 1, those below Downhill 1, and Lizard.

guys - there is a map for sale at the jonkers coffee shop. It has been compiled by a guy who did all the routes with a GPS (apparently the thing is rather accurate).

have you guys seen it? is it worth buying?
