SparkyMTB Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 Having succumbed to the ravages of time and Sabie X, Epic, Sani2c, the old faithful is being put out to pasture and replaced with a new shiny model. The question is now what to do with the old bike? Seems daft to waste money repairing / replacing what's broken / worn-out, and doesn't make sense to hang on to it for parts as everything changes every year with each model. Is there a bike scrap yard out there?

I have a really old reno that could do with a bit of an upgrade, I am sure i could slap a few of my components on her frame and really learn to ride... Please lemme know if that is cool?
