Hi

What is the preferred puncture prevention option? The hard tape on the inside of the tire or the gel that is pumped into the tube?

Thanks

use both.

No dont. It will be as heavy as hell. And that liner will cause more problems. Listen to me. Go tubeless.

of course tubeless is the best option, but if he's limiting himself to slime and liners, then i'd still say use both.

My training wheels = Mavic Crossland (with worn bearings and free-hub) + Slime ultra tubes + half bottle slime + Kenda SB8. Front wheel = 2.6kg, rear = 2.8kg.  And I still get flats...
